Temple You Booking & Cancellation Policy
At Temple You, we honor the time and energy dedicated to your healing experience. To maintain the integrity of our schedule and ensure availability for all clients, we have established the following booking and cancellation policies.
Booking & Deposit Policy

A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This amount will be applied toward your total balance at the time of your session.

For couples’ sessions and extended treatments (90+ minutes), a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at booking.

Retreats and high-ticket custom services require full prepayment to confirm your reservation.

Your appointment is not confirmed until the deposit is received.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

All deposits are non-refundable.

If you need to reschedule and provide at least 24 hours' notice, your deposit may be transferred to a future appointment.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time will result in a forfeited deposit. A new deposit will be required to rebook.

No-call, no-show appointments will be charged the full service amount.

Arriving more than 15 minutes late without notice may result in a shortened session or cancellation, with the deposit forfeited.

If Temple You must cancel or reschedule your appointment, your deposit will be fully transferred to a future booking or refunded at your request.
Refunds & Payment Policy

All deposits and payments are non-refundable.

If you reschedule at least 24 hours in advance, your deposit may be applied to a future session.

Remaining balances are due at the time of service and can be paid via credit card, debit, or cash.
Special Considerations

If you are feeling unwell or experiencing symptoms of illness, please reschedule your appointment as early as possible to ensure the safety of both clients and practitioners.

We understand that emergencies happen. If an unavoidable circumstance arises, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will assess rescheduling on a case-by-case basis.
